Job Title: Store Manager Bicester Village

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee our store in Bicester Village, situated in the heart of the luxury retail destination. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing and uplifting the commercial performance and customer experience of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end responsibility for the store's performance, operations, and people management.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experience through the whole customer journey and build rapport with key customers.
  • Perform day-to-day training with the sales team to ensure they deliver up to Bang & Olufsen high standards.
  • Be the direct line manager of the store sales team, defining and following up on sales goals, weekly planning, and vacation calendar.
  • Drive local brand awareness, events, campaigns, local partnerships, and activations in close collaboration with the local Head of CoCo, Marketing Manager, and Assistant Store Manager.
  • Act as an ambassador to the brand and represent the brand in and outside the store during key CRM events.
  • Have daily focus on store operations to secure smooth ways of working and ensure the store is always spotless.
  • Ensure outstanding in-store visual merchandising, following headquarter guidelines.
  • Ensure coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including installation teams, Bang & Olufsen HQ, service providers, and after-sales service.
  • Ensure seamless execution of all financial and administrative processes, including sales and cost reporting, inventories, and after-sales.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or similar in luxury retail with a proven record of results.
  • Possess experience developing junior managers and sales teams.
  • Are gregarious, able to adapt and connect with people from all backgrounds.
  • Have a desire to inspire others to excellence, mentor teams to provide great customer service.
  • Possess experience with Microsoft 365, including Sales CRM.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication in English.
