Senior Animal Healthcare Specialist

We're seeking an exceptional Veterinary Surgeon to lead our dedicated team at Dartford. Our RCVS accredited practice offers a unique blend of surgery, consultation, and diagnostic services, including ultrasound, multiparameter, ECG, in-house lab, and digital x-ray facilities.
The team has a strong foundation, with 75 years of combined nursing experience supporting Vets in daily operations and complex procedures. You'll be part of a close-knit team consisting of 3 Veterinary Surgeons, 3 RVNs, 1 SVN, 1 ANA, and 7 support staff, with regular specialist visits from Orthopaedics, Cardiology, and Imaging.
In this role, you'll receive a comprehensive induction program, including a work buddy/mentor, to ensure a seamless transition. Enjoy a mix of surgery and consultations, with opportunities to develop your skills and increase surgery time. Normal working hours are 40 over 4 days, with a protected day off and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings. Salary: £80,000 DOE, plus up to £5,000 relocation assistance, Visa sponsorship (if needed), and a £5,000 welcome bonus.
