Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Team Lead to join our team at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team of administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Administration Team Lead for a team that includes clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Provide administrative support to a range of staff.
  • Supervise a team of administrative staff and take operational responsibility for them and the allocation of work.
  • Report directly to Administration management as part of the Adult and Specialist Community and Primary Care Admin Hub.
  • Manage an admin team based at London Road, Peterborough and Chesterton Medical Centre, Union Lane, Cambridge.
