Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Tenancy Management Resettlement Officer to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. As a key member of our housing team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough suitability assessments for our clients to ensure their housing options meet their specific needs and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct suitability assessments for clients to determine their housing needs and eligibility for our services

• Undertake occupancy and property inspections to ensure compliance with our policies and procedures

• Respond to complaints and member enquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Complete discharge of duty and NTQ processes as required

Essential Requirements:

• Experience of working with Part 6 & 7 S188 and S193 is essential

• General education qualification is essential

Working Hours:

35 hours per week
