As a Wellness Ambassador, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring that our health club facilities meet the highest standards.
The Job DescriptionWe are seeking an individual with a strong passion for fitness and wellness, who is able to provide exceptional customer service and support our guests in achieving their health and wellbeing goals. Key responsibilities include welcoming and greeting guests, making health club bookings, supporting with membership sales and enquiries, and conducting gym inductions and assessments.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need a Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor level 2 qualification as a minimum, or equivalent. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure and multi-task. Strong attention to detail is also required.
