We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Elementary Learning Facilitator to join our team of professionals at Long-term Teachers Ltd.
About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to make a positive impact on the lives of students. As an Elementary Learning Facilitator, you will be responsible for creating engaging lessons, promoting enthusiasm for learning, and maintaining classroom order in an effective manner.
Main Responsibilities- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to different learning styles
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Promote good progress and outcomes for students
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Demonstrate expertise in curriculum knowledge
- Liaise with parents and colleagues to support student success
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

- An ability to create and deliver engaging lessons that cater to different learning styles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
