Position: Fire Safety and Security Technician

Role Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Fire Safety and Security Technician to enhance our team. This role is essential for maintaining the safety and security systems within various commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct servicing and maintenance of fire alarm systems.
- Perform inspections and repairs on CCTV systems.
- Oversee access control systems servicing.
- Manage servicing of intruder alarm systems.
- Engage in reactive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and minor installations as required.
- Participate in a call-out rotation, with minimal call-outs expected.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from £38,000 to £45,000.
- Provision of a company vehicle or van, mobile phone, and laptop.
- Enjoy 25 days of annual leave and a pension scheme.
- Call-out compensation of £135 per week.
- Standard working hours of 37.5 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Extensive experience in servicing fire alarm systems.
- Proficient in servicing CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems.
- Strong knowledge of BS5839 standards.
- Familiarity with systems such as Advanced, Paxton, Galaxy, Dahua, Kentec, and Gent.
- Warden Call experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel.
- Ability to work from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
