Job Summary:

Morson Talent is seeking a skilled Aircraft Structural Technician to join our team on a long-term contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out repair work on the Merlin Depth Maintenance Facility at a UK-based naval air station.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform structural and sheet metal repairs on aircraft, with a focus on Merlin platforms.
  • Work collaboratively with other technicians and engineers to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and protocols.
  • Participate in quality control and assurance activities to ensure high standards of workmanship.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in structural and sheet metal repair, preferably on aircraft.
  • Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance procedures and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
