About The Role

As a key member of the finance team, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Matching invoices to delivery dockets to verify receipt of goods/services
  • Reconciling supplier invoices to purchase orders, checking quantities and prices
  • Following up on discrepancies
  • Processing purchase invoices and credits
  • Filing supplier invoices
  • Verifying supplier statements
  • Processing expense claims, verifying receipts
  • Purchasing reports and submissions

Experience working on Purchase Ledger is preferred but not essential, as training opportunities will be provided.
