Health, Safety and Quality Manager

We are seeking an experienced SHEQ Manager to join our team at Croda.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe working environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors to site.
- Provide detailed competent advice on Health, Safety, and Quality issues.
- Liaise with local management teams and collate weekly and monthly KPI information.
- Lead on investigations and work collaboratively to continually review all policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH General Certificate
- Experience of maintaining and auditing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
- Experience of providing detailed interpretation and guidance of key legislative regulations
- Experience managing an effective and comprehensive SHEQ management system
- Strong grounding in quality management principles
- Excellent communication skills
