Kt provides valuable insights into topics or functions derived from BCG's knowledge base and case/project experience. The DRS team works closely with consulting colleagues to offer advanced research capabilities that support projects and clients. The KCS team is a cross-functional unit that equips BCGers with internal and external knowledge resources and digital collaboration tools, enabling them to work more efficiently and productively.

As a ValueScience Center Analyst within BCG's Corporate Finance & Strategy (CFS) Knowledge & Analytics - ValueScience Center (VSC), you will be part of a growing global team that provides Corporate Finance & Financial Modeling expertise and insights while occasionally contributing to case and proposal work. You'll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues. Additionally, you will support your Shareholder Value topic in developing existing & new Financial Models, Intellectual Property, and Knowledge Assets, applying the Total Shareholder Return (TSR) concept.

You will have opportunities to learn and develop analyses using data analytics tools like Tableau and Alteryx. The CFS practice drives client success by helping CEOs and leaders win the 'next game' - maximizing value creation while achieving it. We transform strategic insights into ambitious agendas for successful transformations.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Business Management or Accountancy, with demonstrated high academic achievement;
  • 1+ year of relevant working experience in Consulting / Corporate Finance / Valuation / M&A / Financial Modeling teams preferred, or Bachelor's degree with strict minimum of 1+ year consulting experience or 2+ years of relevant industry work experience in Corporate Finance / Valuation / M&A / Financial Modeling teams;
  • Solid knowledge and analytical skills in Corporate Finance and Financial Modeling;
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or/and Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (CVA) program levels I/II/III preferred;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to build Financial Models from scratch;
  • Understand and interpret 3 statement financials (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow);
  • Effective written communication using Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint.

**Salary Range:** The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000, depending on location and experience. This figure is based on national averages and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
