Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive medical strategy to educate healthcare professionals and raise awareness about Thermo Fisher's allergy diagnostic products.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in medical and clinical environments to ensure Thermo Fisher remains a leader in the field.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (MD or MD/PhD) with a strong background in medical affairs.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in the diagnostics or medical device industry, including consultancy and academia.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex scientific data to diverse audiences.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and strategic influencing skills.
  • Ability to perform successfully in a highly matrixed global environment.

Additional Requirements:
