At Media University of Applied Sciences, we're on the lookout for a talented Senior Video & Photography Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you'll be responsible for capturing events, product shoots, and brand videos that showcase our clients' stories. You'll also support our Head of Video & Photography in managing junior team members and contribute to the development of our internal marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead paid search campaigns with significant ad budgets to drive growth for our clients.
  • Effectively manage your time to meet both internal and client deadlines.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and growth.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth through upsells or new business.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing PPC accounts.
  • Proven track record of working on complex and international accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google and Bing Ads, including Shopping, Search, Display, and Performance Max.
  • Experience with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and digital reporting software.
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing automation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively about attribution, tracking, and performance metrics.
