Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Gloucestershire College. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work with learners who have a range of additional learning needs and disabilities, providing strategies to promote autonomy and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
