About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Analyst to join our team at Reputation. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales teams by analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with sales teams to design and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Develop and maintain key metrics and reports to track sales performance and operational efficiency.
  • Salesforce Administration: Provide administrative support for our Salesforce instance, including testing fixes, proposing new features, and collaborating with the Salesforce administration team.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or a related field.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced Excel skills, experience with Domo and Salesforce, and basic understanding of Salesforce architecture and design principles.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
