We are seeking an experienced Validation and Verification Engineer to join our team at Entech Technical Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our Mechanical Systems department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our products.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Validation Engineer to work on our Mechanical Systems projects. As a Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing validation plans, conducting tests, and analyzing data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Collate system and component validation plans based on risk identified within Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA) reports.

Deliver assigned projects end-to-end, specifying test requirements and defining machine, drivetrain build, and instrumentation requirements through collaboration with relevant engineering teams.

Conduct and oversee validation test work on internal machines, ensuring that all testing is carried out to the highest standards.

Analyze data as appropriate based on the test work being delivered, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Work closely with test engineers responsible for executing the test, driving decision-making from test data reviews and end-of-test inspections.

Troubleshoot build and test issues, working with component owners and hands-on test engineers to complete validation test sign-off.

Ensure that all activities are planned and delivered within agreed timelines, documenting conclusions and recommendations, completing reports, and updating DFMEA with learning/results from test work.

Requirements:

Experience in developing mechanical test and verification plans, investigations of failed, fatigued, or similar components and systems.

Ability to work as a bridge between Design, Customer, NPI, and Manufacturing Engineers.

Experience in troubleshooting, data analysis, and test execution.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
