About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our strategy team, you will be responsible for defining the problem, setting the strategic direction, and guiding the development of brand and marketing programs for our clients.

With a strong track record of advising on business growth in a strategy-led position, you will be a trusted consultant to our clients, advising on business growth, marketing initiatives, and asking challenging questions to build a business case and strategy beyond the expected and norm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies that drive business growth and revenue
  • Lead working sessions, conduct in-depth interviews, and build relationships with clients
  • Present to company boards and work through research and analysis at pace to unlock relevant insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing programs

Requirements:

  • Experience in a brand, comms, or marketing consultancy
  • Strong track record of advising on business growth in a strategy-led position
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work at pace and lead working sessions
