Senior DFT Engineer - A Challenging Role

Our client, a leading manufacturer of low-cost PCs, embedded systems, and microcontrollers, is seeking a highly skilled Senior DFT Engineer to join their innovative team in Cambridge.

The successful candidate will be responsible for hands-on DFT implementation and verification across various silicon technologies. This role requires a strong track record in DFT gained across several successful ASIC projects, as well as experience in implementing DFT infrastructure, generating and debugging Scan ATPG patterns, and knowledge of industrial standards and practices in DFT, including ATPG, JTAG, and MBIST.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement DFT infrastructure for various silicon technologies
  • Develop and debug Scan ATPG patterns to ensure high-quality test coverage
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DFT solutions into the product development process
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in DFT, including ATPG, JTAG, and MBIST

Requirements:

  • Strong track record in DFT gained across several successful ASIC projects
  • Experience in implementing DFT infrastructure
  • Knowledge of industrial standards and practices in DFT, including ATPG, JTAG, and MBIST
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
