About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail professional to take on a senior management position within our store. As a Section Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the store are running smoothly, including merchandising, customer service, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with your team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of Section Leaders and Colleagues to deliver outstanding results
  • Ensure that merchandising and operational standards are met, including maintaining shop floor standards and coaching colleagues to do the same
  • Oversee the back of house areas, ensuring they run safely and efficiently
  • Work across several areas of the store, including multi-tasking and problem-solving
  • Be a strong role model, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and excellence in all aspects of the business
