Job Description

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment activity across the business, working collaboratively with In-Country Talent Acquisition partners and the Head of TA UK to ensure recruiting requirements are supported efficiently.

This role requires a trusted advisor who can embed recruitment best practice and legislations, building a strong understanding of current and future talent requirements through networking, research, and knowledge sharing.

  • Accountable for recruitment activity for IA&R in EMEA, understanding Business Line requirements to deliver recruitment plans to hire key talent into critical roles.
  • Defines, develops, plans & implements recruitment and attraction strategies including DE&I initiatives to drive talent engagement and attract top talent.
  • Develops strategic programs and partnerships to increase talent pools.
  • Strategic recruitment advisor, working collaboratively with People and Business teams to align hiring strategy with business needs and priorities.
  • Ensures recruitment requirements are fulfilled, building an effective diverse talent pool of potential candidates.
  • Acts as a trusted advisor to the business, developing in-depth knowledge of talent, competitors, and recruitment markets.
  • Promotes CBRE employer brand initiatives to attract diverse talent, actively participating across the TA team to ensure best practice is shared and implemented.
  • Consults with stakeholders on TA metrics, providing relevant talent and market insights.

  • EMEA TA experience.
  • Understanding of commercial and financial metrics.
