Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Initiatives:
Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop and execute comprehensive trade marketing strategies that align with the company's sales goals and overall business objectives. - Retailer Partnerships:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, understanding their needs and working collaboratively to develop joint marketing activities that drive business growth. - Campaign Development and Execution:
Work with the Marketing Director and commercial team on planning, executing, and evaluating trade marketing campaigns, including in-store promotions, product launches, advertising, and special events. - Market Analysis and Insights:
Support with conducting market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior. - Budget Management and ROI:
Work with the Marketing Director to ensure projects and campaigns are delivered on time and in budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize return on investment. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to marketing and sales activities.
