We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Companion in Caerphilly. This role involves supporting our clients in their own homes, providing personal care and companionship.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
As a Care Companion with Cera Care, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients, enabling them to live independently and safely in their own homes.
This is a rewarding role for those who enjoy working with people, are patient, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour (weekdays) and £12.50 per hour (weekends), as well as a range of benefits including guaranteed hours, enhanced bank holiday pay, and access to our wellbeing support program.
