Job Summary: We are seeking a Chief Research Officer to lead our research team in providing high-quality research services to Assembly Members, Committees, and senior management. The successful candidate will have experience in managing research projects, analyzing data, and communicating complex information to stakeholders.

About the Job:
The Chief Research Officer will be responsible for leading the research team, developing research projects, managing budgets, and coordinating with stakeholders. This is a critical role that requires excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of researchers in delivering high-quality research outputs
- Develop and manage research projects, including budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including Assembly Members, Committees, and senior management
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform policy decisions

Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, politics)
- Proven experience in managing research projects and teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of policy development and implementation
