We are seeking a dedicated SEMHEducator Required to provide behaviour support to students in a 1:1 setting.

About the Job

This role involves working temporarily with students who require additional support, and we are looking for someone who can make a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve academic growth through tailored teaching strategies.
  • Meet the requirements of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • Have at least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with SEMH students.

Requirements:

  • Implement individualised education plans effectively.
  • Hold a postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Be proficient in behaviour management techniques.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £22,000 - £30,000, depending on experience.
