Lead Practice Nurse

Menlo Park is seeking a highly skilled Practice Nurse to join their team in South Shropshire. As a Lead Practice Nurse, you will be responsible for providing routine care to patients, including cytology, baby immunizations, blood tests, wound care, and travel vaccinations. You will also be expected to manage chronic diseases and work closely with the GP surgery team.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Experience as a Practice Nurse with a strong background in routine care and chronic disease management

What We Offer:
