Key Responsibilities:- Deputise for the manager in their absence and take charge of the coffee shop.
- Oversee the preparation and serving of food and beverages to a high standard.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Manage stock levels, maintain health and safety standards, and adhere to food hygiene regulations.
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of baristas to achieve high standards of customer service and product quality.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Able to work flexibly, including weekends and occasional evenings.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
