Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the NewPower Team to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Estimate repair costs and communicate updates to the team.
  • Utilize industry diagnostic equipment and Wrightbus technical manuals to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.
  • Provide on-site technical support to customers, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of issues.
  • Execute warranty and campaign repairs according to Wrightbus work instruction document processes.
  • Ensure the correct labelling and timely return of warranty parts to the Parts & Service Team.
  • Oversee vehicle repairs, guaranteeing a professional, high-quality, and efficient service.
  • Proactively promote and sell services and parts to customers.
