Location: The Block & Gasket

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team at The Block & Gasket. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting and mentoring your team, working closely with the management team to create and deliver a vision, and ensuring standards and compliance are maintained in the manager's absence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and coach your team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
