Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator with fluent German language skills to join our growing team in a Top 50 City based accountancy practice.

About the Role: As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for processing a variety of payrolls from start to finish, building relationships with clients, and providing technical support in dealing with client queries, RTI, auto enrolment, and ad hoc assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payrolls from start to finish, including weekly, fortnightly, and annual payrolls
  • Liaise with clients to understand their payroll requirements and provide advice and support
  • Be responsible for the full payroll cycle, including payroll processing, reporting, and compliance
  • Provide technical support in dealing with client queries, RTI, auto enrolment, and ad hoc assignments

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2-3 years of relevant payroll experience, be able to speak, read, and write fluent German, and be working in an accountancy practice firm or a payroll bureau.
