About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Personal Assistant to join our team at Nurseplus UK Ltd. As a Personal Assistant - Adult Care, you will provide high-quality care to individuals in their own homes or in residential settings.

Job Summary

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent care and making a positive impact on people's lives. You will work closely with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that each individual receives the best possible care.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Supporting service users with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Assisting with safe movement and handling of service users
  • Administering medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to service users
  • Documenting care plans and progress

Requirements
  1. You must be over 18 to apply
  2. Have the right to work in the UK
  3. Flexibility on travel - some shifts may require you to drive or have access to public transport
  4. A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
  5. An enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration (Cost of which £56)
Estimated Salary: £31,136 - £39,744 per annumBased on 37 hours/week, £15.50 per hour
