About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Media Measurement to join our Product & Global Marketing organisation. As a key member of the Media Measurement team, you will be responsible for driving key measurement initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth analysis of key business questions and develop insights to inform business decisions
  • Project manage our Marketing Mix Modelling, working closely with Data Science and our agency to deliver high-quality results
  • Scope and execute projects in line with our measurement roadmap, working closely with Data Science and Central & Local Marketing teams
  • Present data and insights to cross-functional partners and senior business stakeholders, including Department leads and Heads of Marketing

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working in marketing data analytics or business intelligence space
  • Understanding of marketing measurement approaches and hands-on experience in data mining & manipulation using tools such as SQL, BI data tools, Excel etc.
  • Ability to analyse data to translate them into actionable insights and recommendations, with strong presentation and data visualisation skills
  • Proven ability in managing stakeholders and building relationships across teams and functions
  • Experience in working in matrix organisations and partnering cross-functionally
