We are currently recruiting Healthcare Companions to join our team in the Mere area. As a Healthcare Companion, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and companionship to our customers in the comfort of their own homes. Your role as a Healthcare Companion will involve:

• Providing personal care and support to customers, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Preparing meals and assisting with light domestic duties

• Prompting and administering medication as required

• Supporting customers with mobility issues and assisting with transfers

• Engaging in conversations and providing companionship to customers

You will also be required to work independently and as part of a team, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of care possible. In return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of £12.65-£18.98, ongoing training and support, and opportunities for career development and progression.
