Support Worker Opportunity in Calne

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Calne, supporting two amazing young ladies with their daily lives.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of two individuals with diverse needs and interests. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care, administering medication, and supporting with daily living skills.

You will have the opportunity to develop a strong bond with both 'C' and 'S', and work together to achieve their goals and aspirations.

About the Individuals

'C' is a young lady with Downs Syndrome, who can be electively mute until you gain her trust and friendship. She loves theatre trips, Disney films, and spending time with her family.

'S' is a chatty and tech-savvy young lady with autism, who loves social media, computer gaming, bowling, and dancing. She is ambitious and looking for support workers who will work alongside her to boost her confidence and secure a job where she will feel valued and inspired.

Requirements
  • An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for this role.
