About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salaried GP to join our dynamic team at Combs Ford Surgery. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake a variety of duties including surgery consultations, telephone/video consultations, and visiting patients at home.
- Make professional, autonomous decisions in relation to presenting problems.
- Assess the healthcare needs of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems.
- Screen patients for disease risk factors and early signs of illness.
- Engage with activities such as the QOF, LES/DES, and other additional work essential for providing a full service for patients.
