Job Summary:

Campden BRI is seeking a highly skilled Quality Project Specialist to join our Analytical Chemistry department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality management systems are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain quality management systems to ensure they are fit for purpose and meet the requirements of ISO 9001 and 17025.
  • Monitor and facilitate the implementation of management system requirements through internal audits.
  • Provide regular updates to the Associate Director on compliance status, trends in non-conformances, and issues related to system implementation.
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Administer business management processes and implement quality management systems.
  • Communicate effectively with staff at all levels, both verbally and in writing, and influence staff outside of the line management structure.
  • Utilize IT systems and software, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and survey management software.
