Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Rural Asset Property Manager to join our dynamic team in Kent.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will play a key role in our leadership team, working collaboratively with colleagues and clients to deliver solutions to complex real-world problems.
  • They will lead client relationships, driving high levels of service through teamwork and strategic thinking.
  • A key responsibility will be to help drive solutions to a rapidly evolving countryside, facing change and opportunity in equal measure.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Lead client relationships, delivering exceptional service through collaborative teamwork.
  2. Drive solutions to complex rural challenges, leveraging expertise in land management and business development.
  3. Mentor and guide young professionals, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
  4. Develop and implement business strategies, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  5. Leverage industry knowledge to stay ahead of market trends, advising clients on best practices and emerging issues.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions, incorporating regenerative agriculture, ecotourism, community engagement, and nature-based initiatives.

About You:

  • Proven track record of delivering solution-driven results, with experience in managing land for diverse objectives (food production, diversified business use, private enjoyment, environmental, and sustainable).
  • Demonstrated capability in creativity, managing both in-hand and let businesses, with a strong understanding of negotiation skills.
  • RICS/CAAV experience desirable but not essential.

Requirements:

  • Competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
