Main DutiesAs an Operational Trainer at Barchester, you will provide induction and development training to around 5 homes and/or hospitals across a specific region. This home-based position involves travel around a designated area.

Job ResponsibilitiesThis role requires coordination and delivery of induction and development training against our objectives and training statistics. You will also provide practical, hands-on training across various subjects, plan and publish training calendars, and ensure employee training files are up-to-date.
You must have a C&G 7300 Diploma level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent experience, along with 2 years of training experience. A full UK driving license is also required.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is £4,400 per annum. We offer a competitive rewards package, including a company car, laptop, phone, pension contribution, and life cover.
