Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented F&B Assistant to join our exceptional team of hospitality heroes. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a memorable stay for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the day-to-day running of the Food Service Areas and Bars, maintaining a consistently high level of service.
- Deal with guest requests in a professional manner, adhering to our Mission Possible standards.
- Assist with the correct service of Restaurant/Bar menu and beverages.
- Ensure all documentation, i.e., checks/bills, are completed as necessary and carried out as per the Hotel and Company Standards.
- Anticipate and react to customer needs to enhance customer satisfaction in line with our Companys Mission Possible training programme.
- Excellent team player with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
