Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team at Faversham Medical Practice. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and management of chronic conditions
* Conduct thorough physical examinations, take medical histories, and order diagnostic tests as needed
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patients' medical histories, lifestyles, and preferences
* Work collaboratively with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to relevant laws and regulations
* Stay current with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices, incorporating evidence-based medicine into daily practice
Requirements:
* Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school
* Current licensure to practice medicine in the UK
* Board certification in Family Medicine or a related specialty
* Proven experience in primary care, with a strong track record of providing high-quality patient care
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions in a fast-paced environment
