About the Role:
Ingram Micro is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations within our sales team by handling customer requests, processing contracts, and managing sales opportunities from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales and Sales Operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage and track sales opportunities through to completion
- Process contracts accurately and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, providing helpful, timely assistance
- Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and internal team members
- Log and track sales requests and orders on internal systems
- Perform other administration duties to ensure the smooth running of the Sales Operations department
