Job Title: Principal / Associate Transport Planner

To support their ongoing growth, they are seeking an experienced Principal / Associate Transport Planner to join their expanding teams in Bristol and Winchester.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement transport planning strategies for development projects.
  2. Conduct transport assessments, travel plans, junction modelling, and junction design.
  3. Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in transport planning, including transport assessment, travel plans, junction modelling, and junction design.
  2. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  4. Proficiency in relevant software, including TRANSYT, LINSIG, ARCADY, PICADY, and AUTOCAD.
  5. Personal responsibility for professional development, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
