Swimming Instructor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Swimming Instructor to join our team at Serco Leisure. As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe, fun, and progressive swimming lessons to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of our customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all customers
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • STA Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming or Swim England (Previously ASA) Level 2 qualification
  • Valid RLSS UK NPLQ, RLSS UK NRASTC, or STA Safety Award for Teachers
  • DBS check
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with people of all ages and backgrounds
