Community Psychiatric Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) / Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Kewstoke.
As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our service users, working closely with the management team to develop and improve our services, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding care to service users, including producing written reports and administering medicines in accordance with healthcare procedures and guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the management team to develop and improve our services, including auditing and quality improvement initiatives.
- Attend training and engage in continuing professional development (CPD) to further your knowledge and promote nursing excellence.
- Ensure that individual care plans are complete and maintained in accordance with NMC guidelines, working collectively with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Pin Number and registration with the NMC.
- Experience of working in a mental health or learning disability setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
