Nationwide Specialist Services offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Roofing Estimator Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our estimating division, you will play a vital role in developing and growing public sector partnerships, estimating large-scale roof works, and supporting tender submissions.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for estimating overclad projects, roof encapsulation, industrial roof lights, traditional roofing, flat roofing, and liquid-applied felt and single-ply roofing.
  • Key responsibilities include estimating large-scale work opportunities generated from reactive maintenance visits and tenders received through the project division.
  • You will ensure quotations are completed within required SLAs, prepare professional tender submissions, and maintain clear and concise workings for contract management.
  • Your role will involve engaging with and building supplier and subcontractor relationships, assisting and supporting the sales function, and meeting and interacting with clients.
  • You will also work closely with site surveyors and engineers to ensure correct information is captured for estimating opportunities.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of approximately £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
