Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Management: Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media, ensuring a consistent tone of voice across all brand platforms.
  • Social Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and schedule engaging social content, including influencer partnerships and community engagement.
  • Website Management: Update and refresh the websites of all three brands, including new product launches and promotional content.
  • Award Entries: Assist in preparing and submitting award entries for the company's brands.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis and consumer surveys to inform marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of marketing experience.
  • Knowledge of retail brands or marketing agencies is advantageous.
  • Technical skills in Shopify, Figma, and/or Sprout are desirable.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
