We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our award-winning construction company.

As a Procurement Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating procurement records, preparing and processing purchase orders, and working with suppliers to obtain quotes and negotiate prices.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a similar role, a sound level of education, and proficiency in the use of MS Office packages.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and updating procurement records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Preparing and processing purchase orders to meet business needs.
  • Working with suppliers to obtain quotes and negotiate prices to achieve best value.
  • Assisting in the identification and selection of suppliers to meet business requirements.
  • Tracking inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Assisting in the preparation of procurement reports to inform business decisions.
  • Maintaining the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Performing other ad-hoc duties as required.
