About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional operational and customer service to our clients and contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the SI7 System, including logging service requests, work orders, and providing PPMs to engineers.
  • Coordinate service visits with 3rd party contractors to ensure maintenance schedules are adhered to.
  • Ensure the CBRE permit and Contractor Management process are followed, and permits are completed.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of monthly Contract and Business Unit Reviews.
  • Raise Purchase Orders and identify savings opportunities to maximize customer and GWS financial savings targets.
Person Specification
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads effectively and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
