Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage and supervise designated kitchen sections, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of food preparation.
  • Prepare assigned areas for service, adhering to established procedures and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and implement strategies to minimize waste, contributing to cost-efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs, providing support in menu development, recipe execution, and overall kitchen management.
  • Train and mentor Junior Chefs, fostering a positive and supportive team environment while ensuring adherence to culinary standards.
  • Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations, promoting a safe and hygienic working environment for the entire kitchen staff.
Qualifications
  • A genuine passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional food quality.
  • Proven experience working in commercial kitchens, demonstrating proficiency in various cooking techniques and menu preparation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all aspects of food preparation.
