- Develop a comprehensive project plan, including project scope, budget, and schedule, in collaboration with the project team.
- Manage resources required for the project, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential issues that may arise during the project.
- Ensure that all work performed meets or exceeds the required standards of quality.
- Manage communication and relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are delivered within budget constraints.
- Manage the project schedule to ensure that all work is completed on time.
Our client is an industry leading provider of integrated workplace solutions, specializing in office & Lab design and build and furniture. They are looking for an experienced yet hungry Contracts Manager to join their team and help deliver projects up to circa £5m.
