Job Title: Risk Management Specialist

Location: Clayton Le Moors

Starting Salary: £23,000- £25,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Frasers Group Financial Services. As a Risk Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring effective monitoring within our risk-based framework, facilitating operational support, and integrating organisational learning in key risk areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and Manage Business Risks: Identify and assess potential business risks, develop strategies to mitigate these risks effectively through feedback and collaboration with training.
  • Contribute to Calibration Activities: Proactively contribute to and participate in calibration activities to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Conduct Check the Checker Monitoring: Conduct check the checker monitoring and analyse trends to provide data to the Senior QA for review, ensuring alignment with training best practices.
  • Provide Additional Support: Work with the Training Team to provide additional support through coaching and learning resources for areas identified as needing improvement.
  • Engage in Organisational Change Initiatives: Actively engage in organisational change initiatives to enhance support for the business and co-workers, while keeping personal knowledge and skills up to date.
  • Maintain Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of business policies, strategies, regulatory expectations, and compliance requirements across various areas.
  • Adhere to Company Values: Adhere to and promote the company's values and standards in all activities.
  • Communicate Effectively: Exhibit clear communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
